Szemplinski Law Offices is a law firm based in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. We are located in the heart of Port Credit. The firm was established in 2007.

Our main areas of practice are estate planning, estate administration, incorporations, and corporate restructuring. We also have experience in civil litigation involving fraud, debt collection, creditor rights, and enforcement of judgments and court orders.

Where appropriate, we will work with your other advisors, accountants, experts, and investigators to help you achieve your goals.

We do not handle criminal cases, immigration, family law, or real estate.

Sebastian Szemplinski, B.A., LL.B.

The principal and managing lawyer of the firm is Sebastian Szemplinski. Sebastian graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (with High Distinction) from the University of Toronto, and obtained his Bachelor of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University.

Sebastian has over two decades of experience in civil litigation, business law, estate planning, and estate administration. He was an associate for several years at a litigation firm serving major corporate clients. He also supervised articling students during their bar admissions process, and tutored candidates for their bar exams.
